Content of Service:
1.The number of group is limited to 10 to 90 people, with a maximum of 30 people per group. The guided tour will be carried out based on separated groups if the limit is exceeded.
2.Both English and Japanese guided tours are available at designated times according to docent’s schedule.
3.Time: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 12:00 in the morning and 1:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon (closed on Mondays). The duration is about 40 minutes at the most, but it is possible to adjust the schedule according to the actual demand.

1.Reservations should be made 7 days prior to the expected date of the guided tour.

3.E-mail reservations: please download group reservation form (please use the link for download) and mail to ketagalan103@gmail.com
4.On-site reservation: please claim the form on the 10th floor of our museum. Submit to the residency staff after filling out the application form.
5.Reservation opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 in the morning and 5:00 in the afternoon.
Notices:
1.If the group will be late for the reserved guided tour for more than 20 minutes, it is required that the group informs the museum in advance for personnel rearrangement or it will be regarded as spontaneous abandonment. Please also notify the museum of early arrival with a phone call.
2.Please make sure that you follow the rules of our museum. To maintain the quality of visit, please do not eat, drink, chew gun or bring pets (except for guide dogs), run in the hallway, make loud noise, play or use flashlight.
3.If the reserved group or two or more groups of the same unit fail to show up or cancel their visit with no reason, our museum will suspend their booking right for three months.
4.If group guided tour is fully booked on the day, please reserve another time for your visit.
